Mike Lindell, CEO of My Pillow and member of the Michigan Conservative Coalition, urged Michiganders to step up and volunteer to help during the upcoming presidential election to oversee absentee ballot counting during a YouTube video posted on their website.

"Recently, Michigan's secretary of state sent out millions of absentee voter applications and is pushing hard to have everyone in your state vote by absentee ballot in this year's presidential election as a means of keeping people safe in Michigan," Lindell said during the video.

Lindell said in the last presidential election, there were 65,000 absentee ballots counted at the TCF Center (formerly the Cobo Center) in Wayne County alone.

"With all the absentee ballot voting, that number will become 700,000," Lindell said during the video. "We know absentee ballots are not the most secure way to vote, and there were discrepancies in over one-half the ballots counted in Detroit during the recount for the presidential election last time."

Lindell said applications and ballots are put into the hands of many other people before they are actually counted, and he knows that mistakes can happen.

"Once at the counting machines, they must be carefully processed to ensure that they are counted correctly," Lindell told his viewers. "This is where you come in."

Lindell said Marian Sheridan and Meshawn Maddock, members of the Michigan Conservative Coalition, are looking for hundreds of volunteers to oversee the counting process in Wayne County and across Michigan on election day.

"It's going to be a huge job and many volunteers are needed," Lindell said. "It's not enough just to vote anymore. With this many absentee ballots, it is our duty as American citizens to oversee our election to ensure that everyone trusts the results."

Maddock said in the video that they were organizing the effort to safeguard Michigan's votes.

"We've seen how the radical left tried to get rid of President Trump through the now completely debunked Russian collusion," Maddock said.

Sheridan chimed in that something similar happened with the "phony" impeachment hearing.

"The only thing that's left for them is to cheat in November," Sheridan said in the video. "We see across the country that they're using the 'China virus' to push 100% absentee ballots for the upcoming presidential election."

Sheridan said Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson wants everyone in Michigan to vote by absentee ballot, and she recently sent out absentee ballot applications to every registered voter in the state.

"Some people received one application, some people two, even multiple applications were sent out to different households. They were even mailed out to dead voters," Sheridan claimed.

Maddock questioned why Michiganders could stand in line at Walmart for 45 minutes, but the state thought they couldn't have people standing in line to cast their votes in a free election.

"In 2016, we saw how close the margin of victory was in Michigan for President Trump," Maddock said in the video. "We only had two dozen people at Cobo Hall to oversee the absentee ballot count. Without their efforts, we very well could have Hillary Clinton right now as our president. Imagine that!"
